14.2% of staff have now had their flu jab.
We are offering prizes to staff who have had the vaccine.
The winners will be randomly selected from everyone who has had their flu jab when the totaliser reaches the key milestones.
The first prizes will be revealed when the totaliser reaches 20%.
For your chance to win, make sure you have had your flu jab.
The vaccine is safe and cannot give you flu. By getting the flu vaccine, you are reducing the risk of getting the flu virus yourself. You are also reducing the risk of affecting your family, colleagues and patients.

We have a lot of nurses who have taken the vaccine, where would this information be recorded?
Hi Kelly, Salus record this in their central database when they administer the vaccine.
How do GP staff register as having had their jab as it’s done in the Practice rather than a Salus clinic?
If you have had your vaccine at a GP practice, you can register this via the button on the flu vaccine page on FirstPort
Hi,
I got my flu jab as soon as my surgery started the clinics, on 26.09.18. I have received it every year since it started for staff, and now get it done at the surgery. As I work in a main reception, dealing with hundreds of patients a day, it is extremely important to protect both myself and the patients I am dealing with from the flu. There is no reason not to get it, especially if you are in close contact with patients and other staff every day.
