All NMAHPs doing revalidation – Lunch / evening sessions on basic IT and searching skills (delivered by Knowledge Services)

There are a number of one hour sessions for staff aimed at helping develop basic IT skills linked to revalidation and reflective practice. The content of these sessions may vary depending on the needs of the user or group, but they will be delivered with the following in mind:
• Introduction to IT and searching skills for revalidation including work with key online resources (eg finding, downloading, printing, etc) and introduction to searching
• Reflective practice including the basics of what reflective practice is, introducing two models that can be used as well as linking to NMC reflective practice paperwork

Please note this is a pilot revalidation support programme and more dates / training locations may be added depending on interest. These sessions can be delivered as both 1-2-1s or group sessions (six people max) and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Senior nursing and midwifery staff can also request that these sessions are delivered locally at CPD team training or events.
