Tickling the taste buds at Monklands

Visitors were given a flavour of the Monklands Hospital inpatient menu at a special tasting session this week.
Catering manager Tracey Eyre said: “It was excellent and was well attended by both staff and visitors.
“We had great feedback with around 25 questionnaires completed.
“Both staff and visitors really enjoyed the fare, with the mac and cheese along with the sweet and sour chicken with savoury rice being the two most popular dishes.”
