Adult Learners Week: 19-25 November

Adult Learners Week takes place from Saturday 19 to Friday 25 November. It is Scotland’s largest annual festival of learning, inspiring thousands of people each year to discover how learning can change their lives.
During Adult Learners Week there are many opportunities to try different kinds of learning, whether you want to get a better job, try something you’ve always wanted to, be able to help your children at school or discover something new about the world around you, you’ll find something of interest.
This year, the theme of Adult Learners Week is ‘Step into Learning….Take a Second Chance’.
Across South Lanarkshire there are different events and taster sessions that are open to adults who want to try their hand at something new or find out more information about what’s available in the community.
So why don’t you see what’s available and come along and try something new during Adult Learners Week. You never know where it will take you.
