Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire health fair – 28 February
Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire will hold a health fair on Tuesday 28 February at Bellshill Cultural Centre from 10am to 1pm.
The event will feature various activities including:
- fitness and fun tasters
- stress busters
- healthy internet use
There will be information and advice on mental health and wellbeing and falls prevention. There will also be a free prize draw and giveaways.
A free tea and scone and lunch will be provided.
