Retirement of Joan McCrae

Colleagues within Kylepark assessment and treatment centre at Kirklands Headquarters, Bothwell said their fond farewells and best wishes to staff nurse Joan McCrae who retired in May after 37 years service.
Joan began her nursing career in 1980 as an auxiliary nurse in St Ebba’s Hospital in Epsom before starting her service with Lanarkshire Health Board as an auxillary nurse in Kirklands Hospital in 1981.
Throughout Joan’s nursing career, she has successfully achieved dual registration in learning disability and general nursing.
Joan is looking forward to her retirement to use the time to explore new opportunities.
