More than 500 staff have already registered to take part in Walk Japan

Walk Japan is on the horizon for NHS Lanarkshire and with more than 500 staff already registered to take part in the walking challenge the message from the Healthy Working Lives team is clear… ‘WE WANT MORE’ AND ‘IT’S NOT TOO LATE TO REGISTER’.
Walk Japan officially starts on Thursday 14th September with the aim to walk an incredible 1,349,108 steps together, navigating through a virtual tour of the Jewels of Japan over a 4 week period.
Registration is currently open but with only 3 days left until the challenge begins time is running out.
Register now at https://hwl.bigteamchallenge.com
This is a challenge for everyone, for those who want to work in teams and individuals as well. Who can walk the furthest or who can complete the route in the shortest time? It’s about setting personal goals though; this might be an introduction to becoming more physically active or it might be about improving fitness levels. It doesn’t have to be about finishing first.
There’s certainly something for everyone in Walk Japan and we hope that people register and enjoy being part of something that’s happening across the whole organisation.
