New reviews system launches in April
Turas, the new national electronic system to record annual KSF reviews will go live in NHS Lanarkshire on the 1 April 2018.
The old e-KSF system switched off on 31 January 2018 and is now available in a read only format.
Isabel Doris, organisational development programme manager, who is overseeing Turas introduction in Lanarkshire said: “The contract for the existing eKSF system ends on 31 March 2018 and will not be renewed.
“As a replacement the Scottish Government commissioned NES to develop an alternative tool which is Turas and it’s being adopted by all Scottish Health boards.”
Isabel added: “If managers haven’t already completed all their KSF reviews they can either carry them out on paper and upload to the new system when it’s available, or defer them until the new system is up and running.
“Any deferred reviews or reviews completed on paper must be recorded / uploaded on the new system by June 2018 at the latest.”
