Lifestyle management course

Limited spaces are available for the next ‘Lifestyle management’ course beginning on 16 April at St Andrew’s Parish Church Hall, Merry Street, Motherwell. The course is aimed at anyone over 17 years-of-age in Lanarkshire who is living with a long-term condition.
The ten-week course (one, three hour session per week) covers a range of topics which affect most people living with a long-term condition. It will focus on what is important to the person and not the condition. It will provide delegates with the tools to help them cope better by making small changes to their lifestyle which can deliver huge benefits in terms of quality of life.
Delegates will be invited along for a pre-course chat one week before the course begins to meet the team.
