Love Life Love Libraries Health and Well-being Week: 2–9 February

North Lanarkshire’s libraries will open their doors to a host of partners next month to focus on health and well-being during their Love Life Love Libraries Week.
A range of partners, including NHS Lanarkshire, Macmillan Lanarkshire, Carer’s Together, CultureNL Museums and Community Arts, will bring together a variety of information and activities designed to benefit you and your family’s health.
This year’s highlights include mood-boosting book groups, arts and crafts, a tea dance, yoga and reminiscence activities. All events aim to help you relax and ease stress.
The range of information and events are free and will offer something for all ages and abilities. The events are open to everyone – whether you are looking for information on health matters or want to try a new activity.
