Ready to view your payslip at the touch of a button?

In November, NHS Lanarkshire introduced electronic payslips (e-Payslips) to allow staff to view, print and/or save an electronic copy. All staff, other than those who do not have regular access to an NHS Lanarkshire PC, will have received an electronic payslip. To date, approximately 11,800 employees have signed up to receive payslips electronically.
The introduction of this facility will benefit employees as it gives access to receiving P60s and, where required, P11Ds (normally restricted to lease car holders). In addition, it will also allow employees to access their records held on e-Payroll, thus ensuring that the data held is correct and up-to-date.
All employees still in receipt of a paper version are encouraged to sign up for e-Payslips, where at all possible. NHS Lanarkshire’s payroll department will continue to explore other options to permit all employees access to e-Payslips via an NHS Lanarkshire PC.
