A video message - iMatter launch in Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire

iMatter – our new way of understanding our staff’s experience – has begun in Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire.

iMatter helps individual colleagues, teams and the partnership understand and improve how well motivated, supported and cared for staff feel at work.

It puts the focus at team level – each team receives their own iMatter report, which will help them come up with ideas to create an action plan.

Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire colleagues are being asked to complete their iMatter questionnaire, online or on paper, by 15 May.

It takes just 10 minutes and is completed anonymously.

iMatter allows staff the chance to give feedback on their workplace and to be involved in influencing change and improvement.

Above is a video of Janice Hewitt, chief accountable officer for Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire, talking about the importance of iMatter.
