Big Fit walk – 9 June

NHS Lanarkshire’s occupational therapy mental health team will hold a ‘Big Fit’ walk at 10am on Friday 9 June in the bowling club at Hamilton Palace grounds.
The walk will include a short and long walk around the palace grounds. Tea and coffee will be provided on completion of the walk. There will also be representatives from many different organisations offering advice.
