A news bulletin has been published to provide details of the latest developments as health and social care integrate in South Lanarkshire.
Integration is about local teams of professionals working together – alongside partners including unpaid carers, the third sector and independent sector – to deliver quality care and support
News on key plans and general updates are featured, including how South Lanarkshire Health & Social Care Partnership (H&SCP) is working together to improve health and wellbeing in the community – with the community.
