Dr Marie Keenan retires

Friends, colleagues and family gathered at the Avonbridge Hotel, Hamilton to celebrate the retirement of Dr Marie Keenan, who retired from the Drs Bell and Thom practice, Motherwell Health Centre in June after 13 years service.
Ever popular with patients and staff alike, Dr Keenan combined her keen diagnostic abilities with an active interest in her colleagues and keeping up to date, as well as a warm sense of humour.
She will be greatly missed by all, but is looking forward to having more time with family and to pursue her many interests outside medicine.
All her colleagues wish her a long and happy retirement. They also wish to pass on the many best wishes relayed by her patients.
