Healthy and happy volunteering roles

Cambuslang & Rutherglen – Do you have a spare two to three hours a week?
Would you like to help older people living in your community?
ReConnect is an exciting new project and is currently recruiting volunteers who can help to tackle isolation which affects so many in our local community.
The volunteer would help support an individual to get out and about, helping them access services and activities.
As well as supporting older residents this project is an ideal opportunity for volunteers to increase their own social networks, learn and develop skills and access training that will enable them to fulfil this exciting role.
If this sounds like something you would be interested in or you would like further information please contact Lesley or a member of the ReConnect team on 0141 641 5236 or email volunteering@healthynnhappy.org.uk.
