Healthy family cooking course

The Lanarkshire Community Food and Health Partnership, in partnership with Health & Social Care North Lanarkshire, will hold a free healthy family cooking course at the Joe McKay Centre, Bellshill.
The course will be tailored towards healthy family meals, planning and budgeting as well as nutritional advice. The course will be facilitated by a qualified nutritionist.
The course will take place from 10am to noon as follows:
- Monday 22 October
- Monday 29 October
- Monday 5 November
- Monday 12 November
- Monday 26 November
- Monday 3 December
- Monday 10 December
- Monday 17 December
All classes are free, however, spaces will be limited.
