Integration in a nutshell: video short captures essence of partnership working in South Lanarkshire
An online video has been released which captures the spirit of health and social care integration in South Lanarkshire in a nutshell.

The release of the bite-size video comes at a vital time as integrated arrangements are required to be in place here, and across Scotland, by Friday, 1 April 2016. South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership (H&SCP) has been set up to take this reform – which is required by law – forward.
