Integration newsletters now available
The latest newsletters on the integration of health and social care have now been published.
As well as the latest developments, the respective third editions for North and South Lanarkshire map out the next key phase of integration.
Integration is focused on person-centred care, health, planning and delivery so people get the right advice and support in the right place and at the right time.
Partners including unpaid carers, the third (voluntary) sector, the independent sector are working closely with the respective local authorities and NHS Lanarkshire as the integration journey progresses.
