International dysphagia diet standardisation initiative

A new world-wide framework is set to help Lanarkshire patients with dysphagia following the launch of the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) across Lanarkshire.
IDDSI is the new way of describing the texture and thickness of food and fluids for those with dysphagia to have a textured modified diet.
