Liz is a winner in fruit and veg challenge

Congratulations to Liz Woods, who won a bumper basket of fruit and vegetables after taking part in the 5-a-day challenge, run by the Kirklands Healthy Working Lives team last month.
Liz, eHealth/ICT senior information analyst at Kirklands, won by filling in a survey before and after the campaign, which challenged staff to increase the portions of fruit and vegetables they ate each day during January.
Liz, whose favourite fruit is a crunchy apple and top veggie is broccoli, has always had plenty of fruit and vegetables in her diet but says the challenge meant she munched even more of the healthy fare.
Chief executive Calum Campbell popped in to the Kirklands bistro to present Liz with her tasty prize.
