Mental well being
NHS Lanarkshire is encouraging everyone to plan ahead and stay mentally healthy over the festive period.
There are practical steps which we can take all year round to look after your own and others mental health. These include not over indulging, taking time for relaxation, fit in some exercise such as a gentle walk and, if you can, try to be around other people.
If you or someone you know needs to talk to someone, then you can speak to your GP. If your surgery is closed, contact NHS 24 on 111.
