New medical examination books now available

New medical examination books are being added to our hospital libraries, with dedicated displays at both Monklands and Hairmyres.

Key examination topics include foundation programme exam preparation, all specialties revision notes and test cases, study skills with notes, cases, examination questions, best answers and many others.

These book collections are constantly being updated, with hundreds of new books regularly added to our hospital libraries – particularly at this time of the year.

Other relevant collections include:

  • brand new editions of core texts nursing, midwifery and allied health professions (NMAHPs) including the Royal Marsden manual of nursing procedures, physical assessment, NMC revalidation, nurse prescribing and leadership;
  • medicine, management and leadership, including quality improvement and patient safety;
