NHS Lanarkshire walking challenge

NHS Lanarkshire’s walking challenge will return for its third year. This year, you will take in some European delights on a trip from Vienna to Paris over the course of five weeks, visiting eight different cities on the way including Salzburg, Munich and Reims.
The walking challenge is free, fun and open to all NHS Lanarkshire staff. All you need to do is record your steps. Use a step counter, fitness device or free smartphone pedometer app. If you don’t have one, there is a limited number of pedometers and fitness bands available to borrow for the duration of the challenge from the health improvement library on 01698 377600.
Registration is open from Monday 8 April with the challenge starting on 29 April.
