PhD research studentship

NHS Lanarkshire and Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU) school of health and life sciences has an ambition to provide new opportunities to evolve clinical academic careers within the partnership.
In keeping with this ambition, applications are invited for:
- two full or part-time PhD research studentships at GCU within the school of health and life sciences;
- clinicians who are interested in supporting a PhD student develop their clinical academic career by acting as a clinical field supervisor (if holding a PhD or equivalent) or clinical field advisor.
Funding for the studentships will be provided between the University and NHS Lanarkshire and is intended to provide financial support for students to further their studies whilst continuing in their clinical role, for the duration of their studies, subject to satisfactory progress.
