Registration for learning session five now open

Registration is now open for our Reducing Harm Patient Safety Improvement Collaborative Learning Session 5 on Tuesday 3rd November 2015, at 09:00 – 17:00 hours in Macdonald Crutherland House Hotel, Strathaven Road, East Kilbride G75 0QZ.
To register, please complete the survey monkey registration form.
Representation from pilot wards participating in the collaborative and members of your multidisciplinary team should attend as well as other relevant staff, leaders, managers and other key staff members are also invited to register.
Registration will close on Tuesday 27th October 2015.
NHS Lanarkshire is committed to making the safety of patients its highest priority and we are looking forward to hearing the progress since our first, second and third learning sessions from teams and staff and sharing the learning across the organisation.
