Retirement of Ann Hill
Colleagues paid a fond farewell to payroll officer Ann Hill who retired in June after 30 years’ service.
Ann, who was based at Kirklands Headquarters, Bothwell, joined NHS Lanarkshire in February 1989 when she took up employment at Strathclyde Hospital, Motherwell.
In June 2005, Ann moved to University Hospital Monklands before transferring to Kirklands Headquarters in December 2014 where she remained until her retirement.
Ann is married to Arthur and has a son Graham, daughter-in-law Laura and grandson Trey who all live in Seattle, Washington.
In her spare time, Ann enjoys holidays abroad and is looking forward to spending time with her family.
Deputy payroll manager Jacqui Kane, said: “After having the pleasure of working alongside Ann for many years, she will be sorely missed by everyone in the team. I hope that Ann enjoys every minute of her new adventure as a young pensioner.”
