The policy outlines actions staff are required to take if they are using materials owned by a third party or if they want to protect their own work materials under copyright. Current awareness – doing the searching for you and keeping you up-to-date

Do you need to know what the latest research is on a topic ? Do you find it hard to keep up with the latest research in your specialist area? The evidence team already develop and prepare over 15 local current awareness bulletins and, in partnership with the other health boards in Scotland, can provide you access to the latest research for over 40 topics ranging from BBV to diabetes to health economics.

If your team would benefit from the service, please email the evidence team at libraries@lanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk stating your current awareness in the subject.  You can find all the topics already covered in the Knowledge Network at: http://www.knowledge.scot.nhs.uk/cabs/topics.aspx

Coronavirus – access to research

In response to the outbreak in China, there is now free access to all Wiley published articles related to #coronavirus.

Access to medical and scientific articles includes research from the Journal of Medical Virology, Transboundary and Emerging Diseases, Zoonoses and Public Health and many more.

As new articles are published, they will be made free to access and added to the centralised resource of coronavirus research. This will remain open until April and extended as needed – https://secure.wiley.com/Coronavirus2020

For any queries on accessing the latest evidence on the coronavirus outbreak, email libraries@lanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk
