The awards recognise the extraordinary work of the people on the frontline of healthcare provided by the NHS. They reflect the amazing diversity of talent and showcase the dedication and commitment of NHS staff.
There are 17 award categories: support worker, innovation, volunteer, optometrist, midwife, therapist, care for long-term illness, young achiever, unsung hero, care for mental health, integrated care for older people, healthier lifestyle, leader of the year, dentist, nurse, doctor and top team.
