Staff annual appraisal deadline
Turas Appraisal is the tool that replaced e-KSF to record annual appraisals.
As part of NHS Lanarkshire policy, all staff must have the opportunity to have a meaningful discussion with their reviewer on how the past months/year has gone, what went well and what they would like to do in the coming year.
For agenda for change staff, this requires to be recorded on Turas Appraisal by 31 March. If you don`t already have a date arranged for this, please speak to your manager as soon as possible.
To obtain a login for Turas Appraisal please email Turashelpdesk@lanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk – you will need this to prepare for your meeting or to sign off your appraisal.
The new system is very intuitive to use and recording your information on Turas is very similar, although simpler, than e-KSF.
