Wi-fi is in the air

The IT team continues to expand the number of locations that have wi-fi access.
A total of 17 sites are currently wi-fi enabled as well as the Salus bases in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Ayr.
Head of infrastructure Stuart Graham said: “We continue to improve our IT infrastructure and there are NHS bases right across Lanarkshire which have wi-fi accessibility.
“This information will be helpful for the increasing number of staff who work across a number of bases and also those who are unable to get to their normal place of work – for example as a result of adverse weather conditions.
“If you have any problems accessing the wi-fi at any of these sites, just ask a local member of staff who will be able to help.”
Locations with wi-fi access points are: Wishaw General, Monklands Hospital, Hairmyres Hospital, Kirklands HQ, Houldsworth Centre, Bellshill Community HC, Udston Glenshira Ward, Hunter CHC, Kilsyth CHC, Law House, Alison Lea, Carluke CHC, Coatbridge HC, Kildrum HC, Motherwell HC, Viewpark HC, Larkhall HC.
