7 Habits – Leadership Journey
A course, which aims to empower managers to be great leaders, is currently looking for its newest recruits.
The ‘7 Habits – Leadership Journey’ programme has 25 slots available which are to be filled by managers from across NHS Lanarkshire.
Approaching its third cohort, the course has been developed and provided in partnership between Organisational Development and the world renowned, FranklinCovey Ltd.
Elaine McGuinness, organisational development advisor, said: “The course aims to empower our managers to be best equipped to embrace the challenges that NHS Lanarkshire will face in the future.
“This Leadership programme is unique in that it is not just about what Leaders do, it is about who Leaders are.
“The content and delivery of the Leadership Journey have been tailored made for NHS Lanarkshire managers.
“Support is available to participants throughout the year through on line resources and peer support.”
The Leadership Journey will start in October 2018 and run until May 2019 and is open to NHS Lanarkshire managers who are either very experienced Band 6 post holders or in Band 7and 8A posts.
