National Smile Month

National Smile Month is the largest and longest-running campaign to promote good oral health. Between 13 May and 13 June, National Smile Month will be sharing positive messages and engaging others to develop and maintain a healthy mouth.
For good oral health:
- brush your teeth twice a day for two minutes, using a fluoride toothpaste
- limit sugary snacks and drinks to mealtimes
- visit your dentist regularly for check-ups
- have a healthy lifestyle to keep your teeth and mouth healthy.
