Maternity unit thankful for generous donation
A family presented the maternity unit at University Hospital Wishaw with a cheque for £6,250 for its bereavement fund.
The Milton family raised the funds in memory of their daughter and sister Ellie who was stillborn last year.
Vicky Grove, bereavement specialist midwife at University Hospital Wishaw, said: “We want to thank the Milton family for their generous donation.
“The money will help us continue the work within our bereavement suite in supporting families who experience a tragic loss like they have.”
