Outstanding learner Anne earns national award nomination

Hot on the heels of being a finalist at this year’s NHS Lanarkshire Staff Awards for Outstanding Learner, radiologist Anne Lang has been nominated for a Scottish Health Awards (SHA).
Anne started work in NHS Lanarkshire 30 years ago as a radiographer and is now our first consultant radiographer. As well as further post-graduate training, Anne gained certificates in breast ultrasound and interventional techniques and is currently studying for a Masters degree.
Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on 14 November. Fingers crossed for Anne and other colleagues nominated!
