After 38 years’ service, senior charge nurse Anne McWilliams retired from NHS Lanarkshire. Anne, who was based within the Glenaffric day unit at Coathill Hospital, trained as an enrolled nurse at Monklands Hospital and, on qualifying, worked in ward 19.
