Thousands of staff have completed the staff survey – how about you?
There is still time to join the thousands of NHS Lanarkshire staff who have completed the national staff survey.
The survey is open until 21 September. Staff completing it have the chance to win an iPad mini by leaving a comment below.
Questions cover a range of key staff issues such as verbal and physical abuse, bullying, discrimination, equality, communication with your manager and safety.

The survey is anonymous. Your individual responses are confidential and will not be accessible by NHS Lanarkshire.
You should have received an email with a password and link to the survey. If you haven’t received it yet, email geraldine.reilly@lanarkshire.scot.nhs.uk .
Paper copies of the survey will be made available to staff who do not have access to email. If you would prefer to complete the survey over the telephone, you can call FREEPHONE 0800 587 3115, Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 17:00.
Some staff have been unsure which ‘directorate/department’ to select on the survey. If you are unsure, please check with your manager before completing. Managers are also asked to pro-actively let their staff know which category to select.
Once you’ve completed the survey, let us know by leaving a comment at the bottom of this page. All members of staff who comment will be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win an iPad mini courtesy of Lets Connect Home Computing Scheme.
