Video highlights integration in South Lanarkshire
An online video has been released which captures the spirit of health and social care integration in South Lanarkshire in a nutshell.
Some of those at the heart of the process have summed up what integration means to them in three words, including representatives of the voluntary sector, health and social care staff and unpaid carers.
