Last chance for Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire teams to complete iMatter survey

It is the last chance for teams across Health and Social Care North Lanarkshire to participate in  iMatter.

Staff in the current cycle have received their questionnaires and are being asked to complete them by 30 April.

iMatter puts the focus at team level – each one has their own iMatter team report.

Staff can take just 10 minutes out of their day to fill in their questionnaire, completed anonymously. The completed questionnaires are then processed by an external company making it totally confidential.

Completing the questionnaire – online or on paper – allows you the chance to give feedback on and be involved in influencing change and improvement in your workplace.

Evidence shows that the better the experience of staff at work, the better the experience of patients and their families.

iMatter is designed to help your line manager understand what it is like for you as an individual and as part of a team at work.

By regularly reviewing the levels of satisfaction of staff we can share the best of what we do and help areas where a bit more support may be required. This helps promote openness and transparency in your teams about your experience at work and over time supports your team’s development.

It recognises that there is already a lot that is good about our teams and our workplace but we should always be looking to learn and improve.

So, please take the time to fill in your iMatter questionnaire by 30 April.
